You are a digital and data analyst guru who's passionate about entrepreneurship, technology and data. You are obsessed with your smartphone and anything new in the world of digital, as you are with pop culture. You follow industry trends and aren't afraid to express your opinions about them. You're a member of more online communities than you can keep track of, and are usually the first among your friends to discover and share content that is sure to become a viral hit. You are the 'go-to' among all of your friends for the latest apps and coolest websites. You command great knowledge of the constantly changing search engine processes and have specific expertise in online marketing analytics. You know all of the tricks of the trade when it comes to search engine optimization and are self-motivated and strategic.
Track and analyze website performance and online marketing initiatives (including SEM, email, social campaigns and video content) to refine and enhance digital strategy
Provide insights and identify growth opportunities by analyzing ROI, site traffic, user behavior, product performance and conversions.
Provide thought leadership while developing strategic direction for Digital Analytics across both digital and traditional mediums (PR, Print, OOH).
Lead and oversee SEM Strategy, keyword development, implementation and ongoing maintenance for campaigns.
Serve as site and digital media data liaison between internal constituents and external teams
Develop and manage Digital reporting for Quirky - what metrics to collect and display in reports and provide insights on a go to market strategy
Work with the Director of Digital Marketing and our Platform team to design and create analytics dashboards that communicate business performance across channels (website, mobile, email, social media); produce monthly and weekly reports tracking trends and performance
Execute web analytics, data processing and competitive analyses
Audit website and provide recommendations for maximizing online visibility
Assist in development of e-commerce store with input on user experience and content
Develop and grow the keyword portfolio by data mining site analytics and conducting keyword research.
Improve keyword rankings through content optimization, landing page management, site optimization, and extensive testing.
Create and execute strategies to ensure first-page rankings for top keywords.
Establish processes that incorporate SEO best practices into the website architecture.
Design and manage SEM campaigns, including ad copy testing.
Coordinate SEM campaigns with website promotions.
Define measures of success and report on performance using SQL, Excel and 3rd party measurement tools.
Develop and manage forecasts, while implementing strategies to achieve/exceed targets.
Deliver SEO audit to recommend plan to improve posture.
4+ years experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Measurement and Analytics, Search Engine Marketing, and SEO
BS or BA
Develop performance benchmarks, measurement plans, in-market optimizations and campaign evaluations
Specialize in planning and management of ROI, CPA & Direct Response initiatives, including:
Build tracking and reporting templates that aid in the analysis of data and optimization of media
Evaluate and negotiate new research & data vendors to ensure maximum applicability and actionability
Proven leadership and is a great collaborator with cross functional teams
