Job Summary:
Working closely with our US and International marketing teams, the SEO/SEM/PPC Marketing Coordinator will develop and deliver all aspects of Autotask's global online marketing programs. These include paid search, organic/SEO, web directories and social media activities to support established lead generation and sales revenue goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive and own their programs in a rapidly moving environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Work with the corporate marketing team, develop, execute and optimize effective, online programs to generate and convert online inquiries to sales opportunities and revenue
Perform constant testing and analysis of data using defined metrics to drive continuous optimization
Provide weekly reports detailing performance against goals and make recommendations for improvement of programs based on findings and trends
Maintain inventory of online assets and ensure adherence to branding guidelines
Identify new potential media and directory sources
Work with stakeholders to manage budget, forecasts, performance and milestones
Work with outside vendors to manage content translation and creative development
Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; marketing, communications or related degree is preferred
Experience managing online advertising programs such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & web-based directories.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and responsibilities
Self-directed, enthusiastic, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-based environment
