SEO Senior Specialist Zillow
HotPads, Zillow's nationwide rentals brand, is looking for a whip-smart, technical, organized, and motived SEO manager to own organic traffic creation and projects on our site.
About you: You're a smart and organized search marketing and SEO professional with 2-4 years of experience working on large websites. You likely have ecommerce experienced and are well versed in architecture, crawlability, and the finer points of driving traffic to the correct page. You're also a likable person who enjoys not only organizing projects, but working with engineering and product teams to work your changes seamlessly into the site. If I say Moz or Screaming Frog, you get excited.

What you will do?
Own growing unbranded SEO traffic (and conversion) by providing actionable analytics on all key levers
Own detailed SEO optimization monitoring reports and KPI
Drive landing page optimization ideas through actionable analytics/reporting
Develop automated dashboards to scale reporting to the organization
Help design/build self-serving automated capabilities around all our SEO analytics needs
Be a subject matter expert on all matters related to SEO analytics
Continue evangelisation of SEO to the organization
Keep up to date on the latest search engine movements and adjust our strategy as needed
Work closely with the account managers to increase our exposure across the web
What's it take?
Experience with ecommerce and web analytics tools, both on mobile (app and web) and desktop/tablet platform.
At least two to three years working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Google Analytics, Omniture etc.
Experience with click stream data (raw web analytics data) a must
Experience with AB testing is required
Strong analytical mindset and skills, excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SQL is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Leadership and communication abilities to drive ideas across an organization through influence management
At least 2 years SEO-related work experience preferred, preferably with an industry leading website / consumer brand
Quantitative related degree (e.g. engineering, statistics) or equal experience
