SEO Strategist - International Focus Covario

We are seeking an SEO Consultant who will be part of the Covario team responsible for SEO Strategy, SEO consulting and SEO delivery. The SEO Consultant will act as the main client contact from the SEO department and will be responsible for ensuring the success of the client partnership with regards to SEO.

Responsibilities:

- Execute on the overarching strategy
- Produce SEO deliverables
- Presentation of deliverables
- Presents best practice and education workshops to the client
- Participate in all SEO related client calls
- Educates clients on best practices and overall education of Natural Search
- Stay up to date on latest developments in SEO

Minimum Qualifications:

- 4-year college degree or equivalent
- SEO experience; international experience preferred
- Presentation capabilities and comfort meeting with clients
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java-script, Flash and/or other rich media technologies, preferred
- Understand Content Management Systems and the issues they create for search
- Understand analytics applications (Coremetrics, Omniture, Google Analytics)
- Content creation as it relates to writing for search
- Link optimization / acquisition
- Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis
- High level knowledge of search engine criteria / algorithms
- Understand how to achieve business goals through SEO traffic driving
- Experience integrating SEO into other marketing / advertising channels (paid search)
- Working in a dynamic and team environment
- Experience in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and either French, German or Spanish.
