Serus Corporation, an industry leader in the emerging category of Intelligent Operations Management software, is looking for highly motivated and talented Solution Architect. Responsible for Pre and Post Sales Support and Implementation activities, including blueprinting customers? requirements and creating an implementation plan. Lead the product deployment and configuring process. Assist in providing technical and solution guidance during the Pre Sales process. Lead discussions with the Customer IT and Business Groups to understand the requirements and proposed solution set. Lead the business consulting and re-engineering efforts resulting in the development of a Blueprint that defines the proposed solution set in the customer?s environment and in line with the customer?s Statement of Work. Develop an Implementation Plan and timeline in support of the defined Blueprint. Define customer requirements and key project milestones and manage the delivery to the customer. Conduct user training workshops and contribute to the project and product documentation. Define the integration blueprint with customer?s ERP and manage the delivery of the interfaces. Work with Development and QA Teams to ensure requirements and features are understood, delivered in timely manner and to the customer?s satisfaction. Work with Adapter development team to define specific project related data transformation needs and own the quality of the product delivered. Work with IT teams to ensure that software builds and patches are promoted to the right environments at the right time. Collaborate with development teams in assembling internal and external software releases. Contribute to refining the Serus implementation methodology and processes. Work with Support team to ensure a quality transition from Implementation phase to Support phase. Contribute to the product roadmap by bringing together the best practices seen elsewhere. Contribute to pre-sales activities, such as customer workshops, demos, business analysis, consulting and review of SOW etc.
Qualification requirements:Requires Bachelor?s degree or foreign degree equivalent in EE, CS, CE or a related field. 3 years of experience in software development and/or requirement analysis, functional and technical design, developing and unit testing. Experience must include: 2 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain; Experience in Semiconductor and High Tech; Experience in a client facing role as part of a professional service organization; Experience in deploying ERP (SAP or Oracle) or MES (Camstar) or APS (e.g. i2, Adexa, APO, ASCP); Experience with complete life cycle of application development and deployment; Experience with Database languages (Oracle, SQL-Server) and Linux/shell scripting to the extent required for debugging purposes; and Experience in making presentation to clients and writing technical reports.
