As a Serve Partner Manager, you will coordinate communication with active merchants to review and acquire creative assets, merchant instructions, and copy for approval.
The ideal candidate will have a ton of energy, work well in a fast-paced, changing startup environment and bring lots of fresh ideas. Previous experience as a consultant or business analyst in an online media business a definite plus. This is an entrepreneurial endeavor with growth opportunities as we expand our account management efforts.
The job calls for sharp critical thinking and communication skills, creativity, intuition, and the ability to see the big picture. Your optimistic perspective and drive in handling the tough situations that arise at a moment's notice is just as crucial.

• Coordinate communication with partners to support onboarding, launching, and ongoing management on the deem platform
• Coordinate with content, account management, finance, customer service and engineering teams to manage ongoing needs of partners
• Define and implement improved process structure for Partner activities
• Review program performance with partners on a regular basis

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of Account Management / Strategic Partner management; preferably in online ad space
• Exceptional organizational, communication and critical thinking skills
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing/Communication or other relevant field preferred
• Proficient with MS Office
• Outgoing personality and ability to adapt to new situations
