DESCRIPTION
The Service Analyst for Electronic Payments will serve as the day to day point of contact with financial institutions that sponsor our prepaid debit card products and programs. The qualified candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Director of Banking operations and the individual will perform tasks such as:
Responsibilities:
Submit and seek approval of items relating to distributor initiatives, marketing collateral, and payment card programs
Maintain subject matter expertise in the policies and processes of our payment products and services for our internal and external stakeholders
Serve the needs of internal stakeholders by working with our financial institutions to ensure a high-quality of service and to deliver performance results
Establish and enhance relationships with key individuals within and outside the organization
Use personal relationships within NetSpend to drive progress and growth with our financial institutions and distributors
Combine interpersonal skills and business knowledge to evaluate opportunities for growth and improvement
Communicate (with external parties and with other departments) plans, issues, requests, responses, and administrative items
Review deliverables: on-boarding documents, marketing collateral, terms & conditions, product specifications, and business requirements
Initiate conference calls; schedule and conduct meetings, and publish minutes
Contact participants to monitor results of activities and communicate status
Resolve problems and direct the escalation of communication as necessary
Collect questions and requests and follow up on answers and decisions
Continuously prioritize activities and analyze risk
Create, document, and refine processes
Suggest new ideas for improving our services to stakeholders
Skills/Education/Experience:
4-year college degree; Bachelors degree preferred in Business Management or Accounting
High degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft productivity software
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a fast paced environment
Ethical and moral standards of integrity
Ability to troubleshoot problems and drive to resolution
Positive attitude
