What we?re looking for
The Analyst, Service Control will be a single point of contact globally for managing all the logistical components of launching new Projects and Outsourcing engagements at Axiom and will play a critical role in the creation of operational efficiencies and the reduction of operational risk across our global delivery network through new technologies and effective facilitation of our processes.
In particular, the Analyst, Service Control will:
Be the single point of contact globally for project managing the logistical components of launching new Projects and Outsourcing engagements (e.g., IT and financial systems set ups, facilities, physical IT (computers, phones, etc.)) to ensure each project team is set up for success
Manage resource assignments and allocations across our global delivery network
Facilitate the consistent application and adherence to processes that reduce operational risk
Recommend, architect, and implement process improvements and new technologies for knowledge management, learning management, and internal service requests
Manage internal change request queues to ensure internal service level agreements are met
Manage ongoing information security compliance/certification activities at all of our delivery centers globally
Support continuous improvement agenda based on information gathered from various processes
Participate in other internal initiatives and adventures as we continue to expand our global footprint

Experience & Qualifications
0 to 2 years of work experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Understanding of Project Management methodologies
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio). MS Project experience preferred.
Outstanding communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments
Knowledge of Risk Management Concepts helpful
High aptitude for learning and working with new technologies

Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
