Job Title: Service Delivery Manager (Americas)
Reports to: Theater GM
Within a highly competitive and emerging marketplace, the Service Delivery Manager will need to deliver product/solutions on schedule and within budget to the customer by:
developing and executing an aggressive product/solution delivery strategy that would deploy and implement the Vantrix portfolio of products/solutions to mobile operators and major MSOs in the Americas ;
Focusing on key top Vantrix accounts, your strategic relationships with relevant customers and partners will position Vantrix as the supplier of choice for existing and new product offerings.
The Service Delivery Manager must be a person of high integrity with good judgment and outstanding people, communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Achieve execution of contractual commitments, in-field product quality metrics and customer deployment objectives that meet the scheduled and financial expectations of both Vantrix and our customers.
Be the key support liaison to the Engineering team.
Acquire a solid technical understanding of Vantrix?s product portfolio, of the customer?s network and the successful integration of the two to fulfill customer requirements.
Deliver quarterly business review and support metrics, to the customer and internally.
Approve MOPs (Method of Procedure) and manage its successful implementation.
Collaborate with the Account Director, to own and further develop the customer relationship
Liaise with the Engineering and Field Engineering teams, provide feedback on customer direction to ensure the product/solution delivery meets the short and long-term needs of the customer base.
Required Skills and Competencies
Prior experience configuring and troubleshooting Unix and Network systems
Must be technically adept at implementation and operation of mobile video solutions.
Significant experience working with Mobile Operators and the Cable Company accounts.
Understanding of network implementation and operations process
Experience at managing and working with partners (e.g. large Telecom Equipment Manufacturers (TEMs) and System Integrators in region), to deploy product/solutions at customer sites and seeking new business opportunities with customers.
Successful track record of professional accomplishments related to major account deliveries (executing and implementing deals).
Proven ability to develop new client relationships and cultivate an installed base to achieve high levels of customer penetration and satisfaction.
Respond effectively to customer needs, while providing timely feedback across the organization to key decision makers within the relevant business units.
Passionate and has the will to win: can react constructively to changes in the environment, is willing to take calculated risks and can seize opportunity when appropriate.

Bachelor?s degree in a relevant academic discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business (or equivalent) required. MBA would be an asset.
Minimum of 10 years of managed delivery responsibility and success of software deployments and implementations to the mobile telecom marketplace.
