LogRhythm is seeking a Service Desk III individual to join the LogRhythm Information Technology (IT) team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado. The primary function for this role is to provide IT Support to the LogRhythm internal and remote employees (end-users). Secondarily this role will support and participate in internal IT projects and activities.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft (MS)desktops and server
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Support Employee phones
Work with vendors supporting all IT systems
Package and deploy software to end users
Troubleshoot VPN connection issues
Patch night deployments
Maintain the corporate anti-spam solution
Administer the LogRhythm security system
Required Skills
5+ years Windows Desktop troubleshooting
Degree in Computer Information Systems, Network Security, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and how to troubleshoot
Flexible work schedule to accommodate nights and weekends
Solid Customer Service skills including great communication and writing skills
Highly capable of installing, configuring, and maintaining latest MS desktop and server software
High degree of problem resolution without assistance
Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
Solid experience with backup processes and administration
Solid experience with anti-virus systems
Experience working with MS SQL Server 2005/2008(r2)
Experience working with MS AD, DNS, and DHCP
Virtualization server experience
Experience working with SANs
Valued Experience
Security Information/Event Management solution experience
CCNA certification
MCITP certification
Timely on-site responsiveness off hours
