Service Marketing Programs Manager Ruckus Wireless

Ruckus is searching for a hands-on, Service Program Marketing professional that has success in B2B and B2P services marketing to assist in our efforts to evangelize our comprehensive services portfolio. The person will be responsible for both marketing communications and demand generation programs that identify and track new sales opportunities, generate leads, increase close rates, and drive revenue. This person will interact with service, sales, marketing and strategic planning to create and manage programs.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Coordination and execution of outbound marketing campaigns including, but not limited to:
Training and communication for both Ruckus and partner sales organizations
Targeted account penetration ? Anchor Accounts and Partner Accounts
Email nurturing campaigns
Web presence and marketing campaigns
Online events / webinars
SEO and social media campaigns
Ruckus blog support
Ownership of internal processes for tracking, reporting, and distribution of service marketing leads through Salesforce.com
Run the ?deals desk? for service contract opportunities and exceptions.
Collaboration on and development of demand generation plans, programs, and campaigns
Creating campaign copy, landing pages, and follow up email responses
Reporting on campaign effectiveness and progress to sales and marketing teams
Program coordination and communication with the inside sales development and customer service organizations
Development of reference and guidance materials for inside sales development specific to lead generation campaigns
Tracking and management of budgets and spending specific to lead generation programs
Field Sales Support ? Process and Tools
Provide design, execution, and content required for various sales tools to support Ruckus?s service sales process:
Sales process design and framework
Sales tools including communications tools, cost justification tools, proposals, etc
Development, deployment, and management of operational tracking and reporting tools
Training support and coordination
Desired Skills & Experience
Technology industry experience preferably with networking products.
Experience marketing customer service, professional services solutions
Excellent project management skills and understanding of lead generation best practices
Experience executing target account, vertical industry campaigns
Online marketing experience ? social media, SEO
Proficient with salesforce.com and related marketing automation software applications
Proficient in standard Microsoft programs.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work effectively within a group with 'team spirit' as well as independently motivated with minimal supervision
Desire to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
A minimum of 7 years prior experience in a marketing environment, preferably in a software or high-tech organization.
