Service Operations Coordinator Courion
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Services Operations Coordinator will be primarily responsible for support of the professional services and education services team by administering the ERP application (project tracking for time, deliverables, and capacity planning) as well as managing the contract approval process for statements of work and delivery of the company?s software license keys. The position assists the team with the utilization of and support of professional services tools, ensuring that data quality meets company standards. The provision of these responsibilities will be in an effective and efficient manner to ensure that the Company?s financial obligations are accurate and timely.
Administration of the FinancialForce professional services automation application (PSA) for user profiles, project setup, customer invoicing, management reporting, and user training
Develop process, policies, and procedures, identifying ways to streamline and support services to improve day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with all applicable processes, policies, and procedures
Manage statement of work contract logistics by coordinating approvals and the setup of projects
Validate professional services partner and company travel expenses against applicable policies and prepare for customer invoicing
Analyze project time and invoicing with the finance and accounting group to reconcile variances and accounts
Timely software license key and customer facing fulfillment letter generation
Oversee education services course requests and logistics ? printing / copying materials, prepping the training room, course-sign in sheets completion, printing individual certificates
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Associate?s Degree or higher in a business related field.
Four plus years of service operations experience preferably in a high technology software and professional services environment in customer facing roles.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
High energy with the ability to work without appreciable direction.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
FinancialForce PSA experience a plus.
