Duties & ResponsibilitiesHelp manage services accounts for the dast growing cellular and WiFi test instrument sector, including professional services, repair, extended warranties, calibration, rentals, and upgrades of cellular and WiFi test products. Research and analyze customers' business activities to develop improved service performance strategies. Help sell large service contract worldwide. Develop service management control systems to aid in utilization of resources such as people, machines, materials, and information. Coordinate service activities and ensure product/service quality. Conduct research, management, and coordination to help increase service revenue in China, Europe, US, and Brazil, using local service teams, locales, and distributors. Assist in professional service sales, and write statement of work.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education RequiredMS in Industrial Administration and 2 years related experience. The experience shall include service sales, negotiation, vendor management, and large-scale technical project management with Asian Pacific Region. Ability to track service issues, risks, action items, decisions, escalation, maintain multiple accounts, and manage process flows.
