ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Zillow
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We?re looking for an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Developer/Admin to spearhead development efforts for our ServiceNow implementation.
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities.
Build and customize ServiceNow - from collecting requirements, writing implementation plans, to coding and execution of those plans.
Administer Scrum/SDLC module in ServiceNow explicitly for the development of ServiceNow.
Maintain ServiceNow roadmap and project schedule.
Coordinate release schedule with all developers and stakeholders.
Recognize and report issues before they adversely impact the project schedule.
Perform platform upgrades and review of key update sets.
Define and enact standards for implementations in ServiceNow to ensure consistency and supportability of customizations.
Develop test cases for functional and regression testing.
Manage and collaborate with development partners on support and project initiatives.
Drive the improvement of our implementation and service offerings based on user feedback.
Review implementation proposals and adjusts/negotiates requirements to conform to ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
Generate reports and KPI analysis as needed.
Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
Monitor health and usage of the application.
Respond to Service Requests and provide incident resolution.
Create process documentation for team and provides internal training to ServiceNow admins and developers.
Manage licensing and perform account reviews.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field?
3 years working as ServiceNow developer
Demonstrated project work of advanced ServiceNow development using Orchestration and Discovery
ServiceNow Scripting training completed
Well-versed in Agile development methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and direct internal/external clients around all key technical decisions during project delivery
Prior experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership
Experience driving complex product development initiatives from concept through release
Passion for learning and rapid iteration
