The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for a Services Account Manager to join our internal services team in Hudson, OH. As a Services Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are being met, including assisting with negotiating and closing services sales engagements. The overall goal is to enhance the customer experience for Telerik?s clients by providing exceptional customer support.

? Built and maintained strong relationships with clients by delivering more than expected
? Worked with developers and designers in the Services and Product divisions to facilitate customer projects
? Assisted with the creation of Customer Success Stories
? Actively solicited customer feedback and worked with Product Management to communicate customer needs, enhancements, and priorities for further action
? Worked with the Sales teams to promote Telerik products and services to prospective customers

? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred

? Previous experience working in the software development industry
