Services Account Manager (Seattle or San Francisco/Bay Area) VersionOne
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Services Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of the VersionOne sales process in selling VersionOne's coaching and training solutions. This includes conducting solution development conversations with VersionOne prospects and customers about their agile initiatives and VersionOne rollout requirements. The Services Account Manager works with our prospects and customers to determine the appropriate coaching and training solution (delivered by VersionOne, one of our partners, or a combination).
The ideal candidate for this position is a driven, high energy sales professional with knowledge of agile methods, software project management solutions and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. Prior experience selling, consulting and or training services is a major plus!
--Help ensure services are introduced to VersionOne prospects at the appropriate time during their evaluation period, and that proposals to customers include coaching and training services that fulfill customer needs
Deliver winning services proposals and SOWs to VersionOne prospects and customers
Manage deals from solution development through closure
--Manage services lead demand from Account Development to sale, including VersionOne delivered services and partner referrals
--Build relationships with our account teams, services team, and partner team
--Experience closing sales into new and existing accounts in a high tech software and or consulting services environment
--Proven record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
--Solid understanding of ALM methods and tools
--Ability to thrive in a changing, fast paced, team environment
--Experience with Salesforce.com
--Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
