We deploy enterprise wide healthcare solutions to large healthcare systems, improving patient care, connecting patients with their providers, providing powerful data insights, and more. We are looking for an experienced healthcare IT services manager to lead and manage a team responsible for execution and delivery of professional services projects. Caradigm Services Delivery Teams are semi-autonomous groups that manage their own project team resources and a portion of the overall Caradigm client project portfolio.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Day to day people management responsibilities, including mentoring and growing your team, for 8-10 professional services team members covering all roles in project delivery (project managers, architects, implementation engineers, clinical applications consultants)
? Project portfolio oversight for this group?s portion of the overall Caradigm project portfolio
? Resource planning and scheduling for on time and under budget project deliveries
? Working with project managers and resource planners to manage use of vendor resources as needed
? Close involvement in project communications and governance across all portfolios with an eye to delivering the perfect client project experience, high client satisfaction, and positive client references
? Serving as the first point of escalation, both internal and external, for project delivery issues and as the primary point of communication between Services Delivery Teams
? Regular onsite client project involvement (team support, coaching and client consulting)
? Identifying & executing Caradigm Service business improvement opportunities
? Participation in pre-sales presentations, site visits and other sales support opportunities as they arise to strengthen the sales pipeline and to add professional services insight into the sales discussions & proposals
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? 3+ years of people management experience, including geographically distributed teams
? 3+ years healthcare IT domain experience, preferably with 5+ years client-touching professional services consulting experience
? Proven track record working as a consultant or manager in a fast-paced services business delivering or managing the delivery of large scale complex healthcare IT solutions
? Undergrad degree, masters degree or higher preferred
? Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by the business. Some overseas travel may be required from time to time.
