The Services Implementation Manager manages the Services Engagements from the time a Purchase Order is received to the time it is implemented and has customer signoff. This includes vendor relationship management, customer management for setting expectations and organizing installations, as well as overall ownership of the Implementation Schedule. The Services Implementation Manager will be primary point of contact for understanding where each Engagement is in its lifecycle. Communication with the Sales team is critical. In additional, this role should bring industry knowledge and provide best practices for managing Service Implementations. This person should continue to look to improve the program as the Professional Services offerings grow and expand.
This is a remote position and ideal candidates will be based in Seattle, WA, Chicago, IL, Austin, TX or Kansas City, MO areas. While the role will not require extensive travel, it is expected that occasional travel may be required. This position pays a base salary plus incentive compensation, as well as full benefits.

Your Role as a Key Contributor
As a Services Implementation Manager you will be expected to quickly come up to speed on the Service Offerings and current Engagements. Your background and experience in managing multiple engagements, understating and writing Statements of Work, and working with service engineers will be critical in ensuring success of the Services Team.
Manage all Services Implementations, acting in the role of project manager and functional consultant. Activities include, but are not limited to: initiating customer contact for project kickoffs, leading project calls, understanding and analyzing client business requirements, managing third-party implementation teams to get engagements to production in a timely manner.
Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous implementations and implementation schedules.
Communicating to all required parties Implementation Schedules and expected completion dates.
Ensure Customer Signoff occurs after each Implementation.
Develop Statements of Work when required and look to develop templates for the Services Team.
Work with Services Manager to assist in defining new Service offerings.
Work with Services Manager for technical resources for Engagements.
Continually find ways to improve the processes and procedures.
This role requires an individual with a strong Services and Implementation background. You will be leveraging your knowledge of Services and Implementation to write Statements of Work, create customer facing templates, manage and communicating schedules, developing ?best practices? documentation and meeting timelines.
This individual must be a good communicator both internally to the sales and services teams as well as externally to customers. There must be a very high level of customer service and ensuring each Services Engagement meets the customer?s needs and in a timely manner.
Since you will be remotely based, you must be self-motivated and have a driving personality that helps you to understand when you may need to reach out to others as you need support. You must have worked in a remote/home office previously. Working in a small, start-up company means that you have a lot of freedom in determining your day, but you must be able to consistently align your work to the priorities of your team and the business. Travel is limited, but expected to be 1-2 weeks per quarter.
Education, Experience & Training
Two or four-year degree, or equivalent experience
4+ years experience in implementation/consulting/project management.
Previous experience implementing security related (firewall/vpn/authentication) applications preferred.
Security industry knowledge preferred.
