The Marketing Services Sales Consultant will generate new business and increase profitability from existing accounts by engaging current and potential customers in productive dialogue regarding Volusion's marketing services, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and web design. This position will also involve communication between multiple departments, and documentation of account activity using salesforce.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate and maintain contact with existing customers.
Conduct thorough analysis to determine client needs,and develop proposals to address them.
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers regarding Volusion's marketing services.
Consistent, timely communication with Project Coordinators and other departments about customer inquiries.
Prepare and deliver compelling, data-driven sales presentations to existing and potential customers.
Assist with the setup and minor build-out of customer websites or direct to Customer Support as needed.
Manage and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain current knowledge of all Volusion services.
Continue to grow knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Contribute ideas to grow Services department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years Sales or related experience.
Documented track record of exceeding objectives in a performance-driven environment.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC is required.
Computer proficiency.
Proactive and self-directed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
