Job qualifications: - Highly motivated, energetic and social; able to work in a fast paced environment and handle things as they come - Organized and able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities - Enthusiastic about the start-up world - Assist with all aspects of front of house and operations duties The Intern Role will not only give great exposure for the intern to some of the hottest tech startups in the Bay Area but also the daily traffic of investors and advisers meeting with these companies. RocketSpace is a small growing team where everyone is expected to get involved and take self initiative. The Front of House and Operations intern role is expandable but will include: Front of House: - Welcoming and directing all visitors and guests entering the office - Space and inventory management: office supply ordering, mail distribution, space arrangement - Booking and managing up to 20 conference rooms - Maintaining front reception area Operations: - Manage and coordinate events with some of the hottest tech companies in town - Opening and closing duties (stocking kitchens, etc.) - Mail Handling, Distribution - Special projects as outlined by senior management Customer experience: - Able to provide general information about the services we offer at RocketSpace - Helping and constantly improving the on boarding process of new customers - Building community engagement through RocketSpace events and features. - Assist in the management of the internal and external events program.
