Title: SFDC Administrator- Temporary
Reports To: Sr. Director of Information Technology
FLSA: Non-exempt (9 - 12 Months)
ZELTIQ has an outstanding opportunity for SFDC administrator to maintain, enhance, and performance tune production databases that support enterprise wide applications, while ensuring high levels of data availability. The enterprise application environment is rapidly growing. This position is in a dynamic environment and the successful candidate will need to be a self-starting, quick learning, detail oriented, highly motivated individual that works well in a team setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned.):
? Manage an evolving global Salesforce.com Sales, and Service Cloud environment. Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management (including integrations), case management, knowledge base, person accounts, dashboards, and reports. ?
? Maintain user roles, data security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. ?
? Train new end users on the salesforce.com application ?
? Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity ?
? Identify salesforce.com usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy ?
? Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues.?
? Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, process maps, user interface guides, functional specification documents, use cases, test cases, and other project documents as needed.?
? Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.?
? Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.?
? Liaise with SalesForce stakeholders on an ongoing basis.?
? Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops.?
? Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, partners and internal teams to deliver product?s functional requirements like screen, interface, and UI designs.?
? Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate business areas.?
? Designing and executing test scripts and test scenarios.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
? Assist with assessing and developing long-term strategic goals for production databases in conjunction with data owners and department managers.
? Work with application development staff to develop database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures.
? Assist with design and implementation of redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets.
? 3-5 years? experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com ?
? Formal Salesforce.com training: Certifications highly preferred or ability to obtain Administrator certification at a minimum within three months of hire.?
? Excellent facilitation skills required.?
? Ability to influence and persuade a variety of stakeholders is essential. Political savvy is very important.?
? Ability to conceptualize and frame a problem and corresponding solution(s) critical.?
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented service-driven environment ?
? Ability to translate customer requirements into specifications including complex business processes.?
? Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism ?
? Business acumen including a good sense of how applications can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line.?
? Experience with Service Center solutions, particularly in a global environment, highly desirable.?
? Experience with PCI compliance requirements a plus.?
? Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.?
? Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
? Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA?s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements with which ZELTIQ complies.
