The SharePoint Assistant will assist the SharePoint Specialist with updating and maintaining Benefit Advisor and Customer Service content in SharePoint. This is a hands-on position that requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with other members of the training team.
Update and maintain data in SharePoint
Efficiently track and report changes
Accurately follow direction of SharePoint Specialist
Work to meet required deadlines
Other duties as may be assigned
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with SharePoint and InfoPath preferred
Ability to read basic HTML
Experience writing HTML code helpful
Web design skills are a plus
Understand and work with Metadata
Experience working with multiple browsers, primarily Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
Ability to organize, prioritize and to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and various needs of team members
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude
Previous experience as a Benefit Advisor or Customer Service Representative preferred
