Shipping Associates
To complement our rapidly growing business we are seeking bright and highly motivated Shipping Associates. These positions will be responsible for performing all packing and shipping functions to include distributing, sorting, preparing, labeling and packing.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for distributing, preparing, sorting, labeling and packing of all orders
• Must be able to setup supplies and operate all shipping equipment
• Must be able to track down lost orders and documents; peforming procedure checks for all packages and orders
• Processes shipments via FedEx, UPS, US Mail or any other carrier
• Be available to the production floor at all times to pull inventory that is needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, not required
• At least 6 months experience in a print production or distribution environment required
• Thorough knowledge of all shipping processes and equipment including previous experience operating similar equipment preferred
• Must be able to work under deadlines and pressure to meet goals; flexibility is a must; candidate should be able to work across all shifts
• Good communication and comprehension skills â€" including written and verbal
• Must be dependable; have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice
• Team-oriented and flexible; goal-oriented; capable of multi-tasking
