As the Shipping Clerk your responsibilities include checking order accuracy, generating shipping labels, packing shipments and processing paperwork to ship with each request. The job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast paced environment. Must be enthusiastic, dependable, flexible and have a positive attitude. As a Shipping Clerk you must be detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task to complete multiple assignments while communicating and following up with the team. Routinely handle highly confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
Shipping of products with 100% accuracy.
Same day packing and shipping of all orders, set requests, and mailings.
Pick, Package, and ship product literature to customers.
Check inventory and order shipping material to ensure sufficient quantities are available.
Restock all shipping material and prepare for the next business day.
File paperwork at the end of each business day.
Communicate all product concerns to Customer Service and immediate Supervisor.
Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Accounting, and other Operations departments.
Follow all procedures outlined in Globus Medical?s Quality Policy and Employee Handbook to ensure total conformity with the FDA and other government agencies.
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Assist in other departments as necessary.
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs. The candidate must be able to lift sets, push and pull carts, and load carts.
Must have the ability to work some nights and weekends.
One year experience as a Shipping Clerk.
Working knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Proven time management skills.
