Silverlight/.Net Developer CH Mack

Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment
- Design, develop, and maintain health care application using C and Silverlight technologies
- Develop common controls used on multiple pages and extend existing controls as necessary
- Create and maintain common styles used by Silverlight controls within the application
- Bind page controls with data provided from WCF service library
- Create design standards and documentation for reference by developers and customers
- Work with the architecture team to implement best practices and design patterns
Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net framework (preferably version 3.5) and C and/or VB.Net to develop multi-tier web applications
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Web/GUI development experience in web applications
- Experience with Silverlight or Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
- Knowledge of XAML, data binding, visual tree, data templates, and control templates
- Familiarity with Telerik Silverlight control library
- Familiarity with UI patterns such as MVVM, MEF, Prism, or Caliburn a plus
- Capability of translating business requirements into application screens and integration into overall application environment
- Experience with healthcare field a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Eligibility Requirements:
- Full-time employee, no contractors
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, at company headquarters located in Cincinnati, OH
- Ability to work individually and as part of the team in a fast paced Agile environment
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or related field preferred; equivalent work experience in related field will be considered.
