Responsibilities:
--Provide e-mail and chat based customer support to our website users
--Perform website content production process by gathering, updating, editing, and validating coupons and deals web content
--Special projects as needed
--Work closely with Merchandising, Partner Management and Marketing Teams
Requirements:
--Can spot a good deal from 50 feet and love saving money for yourself and others
--Experience in customer and/or account support a plus
--Comfortable with high volumes of data entry and/or processing
--Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
--Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
--Self-motivated and enjoys working in a results driven team environment
--Internet savvy a must
--Knowledge of online advertising or B2C e-commerce industry and technology a plus
--Salesforce experience big plus
--Bachelor's Degree required
--Ability to work some weekend and evening hours
