The Role

Own end-to-end availability and performance of Xignites services
Establish a robust production operations infrastructure, including proactive monitoring and diagnostic systems
Ability to handle periodic on-call duty
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment

Your Skill Set

BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related discipline/experience
Windows system and IIS network administration experience
IP networking, including familiarity with the functionality, operating, and failure modes of networks
Proven technical troubleshooting and performance tuning experience
Experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment
Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
Good communication skills
