As Telerik is continuously growing all over the world, we are announcing a position for a skilled and enthusiastic Regional Partner Manager to take part in the development of Sitefinitys Partner Channel in North America. The Sitefinity CMS Regional Partner Manager will be engaged in establishing and maintaining productive business relationship with Sitefinity Partners. He/she will be responsible for the continuous growth of the Partner channel through recruiting new partners and helping existing ones increase the Sitefinity customer base. The Regional Partner Manager will collaborate with partners in defining the scope of end-client projects as well as handle business proposals by acting as a solutions consultant. He/she will also identify business opportunities related to the development of the channel, thus contributing to the overall Sitefinity Business Development efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on relationship building, is detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to assist others. You will be acting as a consultant for users with diverse backgrounds, such as IT, Marketing, Sales, etc., so audience-centric communication and presentation skills are a must.

Maintained and developed the business relationship with various partners
Introduced Sitefinity to both new and existing partners through presentations and demonstrations
Proactively established relationships with prospect partners and welcomed them in the partner program
Got acquainted with the latest feature of Sitefinity and studied the new product roadmap and future enhancements
Provided sales and marketing support to active partners in the channel
Coordinated partner events and initiatives, as well as partner promotions on our website and through external channels
Think of new and creative ways to generate additional partners
You will be the person who has (a):
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or in relevant field
Experience in ASP.NET development
Good customer relations skills
Familiarity with the content management system market
Experience in software sales, preferably at the enterprise level
Experience with web design and development agencies
Management of partner relations
Willingness to travel
