The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for a Junior Support Officer to join the Sitefinity CMS support team in San Diego, CA. As a member of the team you will be the link between customers and the other various product teams at Telerik and will have the unique chance to work with one of the most innovative .NET content management systems - Sitefinity.
As a Junior Support Officer, you will be expected to:
? Help Sitefinity software engineers (clients) with code samples and technical questions via e-mail, phone, and our on-line support ticket system
? Update / write documentation - Developer Manual, KB articles
? Actively collaborate with the Sitefinity QA Engineers and core teams on ensuring that the utmost customer service is delivered to our clients
? Acted as a liaison between clients and the product development teams, by providing client feedback and product requests to the development teams
? Researched competing products and produced insightful competitive information for the marketing team
You will be the person who has (a/an):
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or relevant field
? Interest and technical background in web related technologies (preferably ASP.NET)
? Excellent written and verbal skills
? Previous background in a technical customer-oriented job will be considered highly advantageous, but is not required
? Strong work ethics and time management skills
? Professional programming experience with C# /VB.NET and/or JavaScript is a plus
? Professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database management or CSS is a plus
? Exceptional ability to learn new skills
? Down-to-earth, creative, driven and friendly personality
