Sitter Training Manager Rover
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Rover Onboarding and Training Manager ensures that Rover sitters create and maintain successful sitting businesses and provide an outstanding customer experience at all times.
As a Training Manager, you will train new sitters to:
Generate interest in their services
Improve their ability to book stays
Provide an outstanding customer experience from their very first stay
You will also coach existing sitters to:
Maintain a high booking rate
Continue to provide safe, thorough, and loving care of dogs
Provide an outstanding customer experience to new and repeat clients
Encourage the growth of the sitter community
The ideal candidate will:
Have 2-4 years experience running a user training program at a B2C marketplace website
Demonstrate an ability to incentivize users to complete desired training and reach desired goals
Demonstrate an ability to generate hypotheses and test those hypotheses using various methods / processes. Show an ability to analyze data to prove/disprove a hypothesis or to evaluate the effectiveness of various methods / processes.
Demonstrate an ability to create success metrics and analyze data to report progress against those metrics
Have experience managing content creation projects
Have experience managing customer retention / remarketing initiatives
Have experience in product management at an online company
