o Provide sales team with strategic, operational, and/or organizational solutions to help them increase productivity.
o Develop new sales channels, specific to mid-market targets in the talent management software space.
o Develop quarterly and annual plans that cover assigned product lines across all direct and indirect channels.
o Oversee all field sales activity for North America Mid Market.
o Develop and coordinate short and long range sales strategies in accordance with business objectives.
o Retain, recruit and develop effective and talented team with a focus on customer delivery, collaboration, and integrity.
o Ensure strong, positive management practices throughout group including collaboration, objective setting, succession planning, and career development.
o Produce ongoing market and sales information reports to determine the trends and performance.
o Bachelors Degree or relevant equivalent experience required
o Must be results-oriented operations management executive with 5+ years of relevant mid-market sales in the enterprise software market.
o Experience setting up and growing a successful sales organization.
o Experience developing and managing new sales channels and products.
o Experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions to mid-market organizations.
o Experience with talent management software products.
o Presentation skills clear and compelling speaker, able to prepare presentation materials targeted at business at the CEO level.
o Meeting skills able to put together a compelling agenda, get the appropriate people.
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communications skills
o Proven ability to analyze data and statistics.
o Ability to prioritize and function in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects hands-on.
o Proven people and performance management, team building, change leadership, and talent development skills
o Outstanding interpersonal skills with direct reports, peers, superiors (cross functional and throughout the organization), customers, vendors / other partners.
o Must be flexible with an ability to adapt to changing market conditions; possess strategic and tactical skills to recognize and respond to trends.
o Must work independently and competently at an executive management level with the ability to execute on a visionary strategy.
o Must be an aggressive, action-oriented personality with strong decision-making ability.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive goals while in a high growth environment (100 + growth per year)
o Minimum of 30 travel required.
