Job Duties include:- Assistance with all aspects of the pre-sales role including but not limited to: proposal support, sandbox transitions and assistance, introductory product demonstrations and provide assistance for Product Consulting to prepare for product demonstrations.
- Work with the sales/account team to understand and clarify customer's business and functional requirements and their selection criteria for learning management and content development solutions
- Dialog with customer representatives and review documentation to discover and document customers technical requirements for talent management solutions
- Deliver standard product demos that are relevant to specific customers and industries
- Assist Product Consulting team to develop and deliver proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs and other written inquiries
- Provide feedback to Product Consulting and Marketing regarding customer needs and competitive intelligence
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Technical knowledge and orientation
- Comfortable using various forms of technology
- Ability to work closely in a team-selling environment with internal and external customers as well as other company colleagues
- This individual should be highly self-motivated, independent and professional
- Undergraduate degree
- Willing to be flexible and adapt to customer needs
- Willing to travel 25
