Small Business Content Researcher Infusion Software

Job Description

The Small Business Content Researcher's core responsibility is to research topics for the content creation team. At Infusionsoft we create a LOT of high quality content. That content must be backed by solid research. The Content Researcher's role will include researching small business related topics as well as staying abreast of trending and upcoming topics. The Content Researcher will also be required to be extremely familiar with content and positioning by competitors so as to make recommendations to the content team. The Content Researcher should be savvy with digital marketing, social media, inbound marketing and should be a voracious learner.

Responsibilities Include:

Key responsibilities include:
? Research small business topics and prrovide data for monthly webinars, reports, articles, by-line articles, blog posts, etc.
? Provide research/data to back up claims and positions in content created by content team
? Research competitive content and position, then inform the content team
? Recommend topics to the content creation team based on trending & upcoming topics
? Curate data for infographics, webinars, and reports
Key measures include:
? Quality of research and data provided
? Quantity of research and data provided
? Impact of the research and data as measured by sharing and engagement of the content created

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience creating high quality online content (blog posts, articles, etc)
Small business experience relevant to Infusionsoft's customer base (either running a small business, or working within a small business)
Ability to do fast and accurate research on the web
Ability to organize large amounts of data and make it useful and understandable for others
A passion for small business sales & marketing topics
