Sales Director
Vocus is seeking a Sales Director that will hire, develop and manage 12 inside software sales executives responsible for driving new business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit, coach, and manage a sales team consisting 12 software sales executives with approximately 1-2 years of selling experience
Supervise a team focused on driving new sales
Ensure Vocus sales processes, sales territories, and service value propositions are met
Drive key performance indicators
Manage progress against established performance sales goals and quotas
Utilize improved tools and processes in our sales operations
Assisting sales reps with sales presentations to prospects assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales management experience with a total of 5 to 10 years of progressive sales experience
Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline across a team to exceed targets
Proven success driving a sales team
Excellent software presentation skills
Proven individual sales closer with the ability to develop the team
Salesforce experience preferred
