What You?ll do:
Provide real time swivel chair support to our Inside/SMB sales teams. Ensure a good customer experience with timely resolution of system and quoting challenges. Maintain processes and assist with non-standard requests.
Swivel Chair support to Sales team regarding, Processes, System challenges, Quoting etc.
Real Time Support.
Initiate Escalation if and when necessary.
Manage status of manual quality requests.
Assist with non standard requests. (May include changes to legacy customer accounts as well as moving solutions from one platform to another.)
Tracking book to bill for assigned team.
Track installation progress of orders place and assist with any issues the provisioning team may run into.
Manage account hierarchy for ?fall outs?
Perform welcome calls to customer after the order is sold to ensure correct expectations are set as well as confirming all information we have regarding their account and order is correct.
