We are seeking entrepreneurial and enthusiastic self-starters who will help deliver Social Business Design services to clients.
Consultants work as part of project teams and take responsibility for assisting with client engagements, consult with clients on strategy, process, culture, and technology. They are responsible for managing research requests, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, conducting interviews, and helping form recommendations. Consultants create project related deliverables and should be able to present their work to client executives. They also assist with elements of project management and delivery as necessary.
The perfect candidates will be high-energy and intellectually curious, with a strong interest in social business. You will need excellent computing skills, superior communications skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Requirements:
-Bachelor degree preferred
-Experience of research and analysis - how to collect data and access a wide range of resources
-Experience in a consulting capacity is highly desirable
-Must have high attention to detail and accuracy
-Passion for and demonstrated experience with social software
-Excellent communication skills - both in written and presentation formats
-Some travel may be required on an interstate basis
