Social Business Strategist Spredfast

Spredfast is seeking a Social Business Strategist to add to our growing services team. The mission of the services team is to provide Spredfast's SMMS customers with additional, specialized expertise in social business to unlock the most value possible from social engagement and the Spredfast SMMS. The Strategist's role within this team is to develop and implement plans for fully utilizing the platform's advantages based on an understanding of the customer's existing social media plans, organization and governance. Activities will include assessment and evaluation of KPIs, best practices documentation/playbooks, content/engagement assessments and recommendations, and delivery of executive briefings. Because of the unique position of being able to see how brands are performing across the portfolio, this role will also work with Account Management to provide results coaching for customers interested in improving their engagement rates.
The ideal candidate will have a background working with social media marketers to develop and deliver social programs for Fortune 1000 brands. Candidates for this position should have an insatiable curiosity for how complex organizations are putting social media to productive use and the role of technology tools to improve their impact.
Responsibilities
--Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to understand customer dynamics and design strategic services offering
--Provide consulting services for analyzing customer social media content and delivering recommendations for social network use and content mix
--Develop and understand best practices across the Spredfast customer portfolio
--Support Account Management with ongoing results analysis and coaching
--Translation of customers marketing needs to social executional recommendations
--Work with the Director of Social Services to develop repeatable strategy service offerings
Qualifications
--Proven understanding of the importance and use of social media (multiple platforms), through both work examples and personal use
--3+ years of digital/social strategy consulting or execution experience
--Experience working for/with Fortune 1000 brands in the social space
--Experience both measuring and communicating social media impact
--Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
--Strong internal communications skills, this will be a role that works closely with multiple departments internally
--Excellent oral and written communication skills
--Works well alone and in a team
