PeopleLinx is looking for someone with high-energy, excellent communication skills, and who is comfortable engaging and working with smart individuals within a fast-paced company. We are a team of leading experts set on changing the way big companies look at and use social networks to meet their business goals ? i.e. Social Business. This role places you on the front lines of our company, working with Fortune 500 executives, sales representative & mangers, and marketing & recruiting staff using social technologies and the PeopleLinx platform.

Founded in 2009 by former and early LinkedIn executives, PeopleLinx is a pioneer and recognized leader in Social Business. We have extensive hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Social Business strategy, risk management, workflow, and software applications. With this background we have developed a solution that allows our clients to successfully navigate and leverage social networking sites like LinkedIn. Our solution uses traditional social networking tools in a business environment in order to deliver tangible return on investment for our clients. We have helped deliver shortened sales cycles, higher net sales, higher net leads, and improved recruiting, all while saving clients time and money.
Our current client base includes Fortune 500 companies and other leading institutions. We are based in Center City, Philadelphia.
Responsibilities
You?ll be involved in daily company operations and get exposure to every aspect of this business from product development, to business and marketing strategy, all the way to the front lines of solution delivery and customer service. In this role, you will:
Partner with PeopleLinx clients and educate them on the benefits of LinkedIn and other social networks
Most educational sessions will be delivered via a webinar and / or over the phone
You will be responsible for educating clients ranging from novice to advanced users
You will manage relationships across multiple accounts, getting deep exposure to many industries
You will develop your own training programs and best practices in the long term. In the short term, you will receive training on how to deliver this service (see training below)
Work internally at PeopleLinx helping the company grow and exceed goals through development of Social Business strategies and custom content for clients
Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices and market wants and needs in order to deliver the highest possible value to our clients
Be a Social Business evangelist, integrating PeopleLinx solutions into some of the world?s biggest brands
Training (Learning LinkedIn)
Our team consists of former early LinkedIn executives who continue to have a deep and powerful understanding of all aspects of the site?s features and benefits. It is this team that will offer comprehensive LinkedIn training to the individual we hire for this position.
