Social Data Strategist Awareness

Awareness is looking for a talented individual to join our Services team. Members of the Services team are responsible for driving success for new and existing customers by providing guidance and solutions with their digital marketing initiatives using Awareness? Social Hub platform.
Assist with internal strategy defining success metrics, launch plans, best practices, etc.
As a key partner to a customer?s Digital Marketing/Social Media team you will be tasked with the following:
Onboard new team members to the platform ? setup, training, etc
Analyze data from digital marketing initiatives, including social media, to provide input on ongoing strategy, success criteria and action plans (campaigns, etc.)
Recommend strategy or ?change in course direction? for continuous improvement of outlined initiatives
Provide reports, both existing and custom, to highlight the performance and trends
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all our customers and partners
Work closely with other teams within Awareness to identify and report defects, to validate enhancement requests, and to help prioritize and escalate issues
Provide enterprise level review of Social Hub product and related solutions
Complete professional services tasks as required
Has agency experience and is well versed in social media channels and strategy
Excellent problem solving skills for both technical and business issues alike
Communicates well with customers ? is a good listener who can map out customer needs and help customers achieve their goals
Strong quantitative and qualitative, at both a macro and micro level, analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation that maps back to customer?s success metrics
To be a self-starter with a background in working with small cross-functional teams
The ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers, management and co-workers
To be Net savvy and passionate about social media
Has experience using a variety of social media, analytics and brand monitoring tools e.g. Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Radian6
Prior experience with the creation and implementation of Facebook Custom Apps
Understanding of HTML and CSS
Proficiency in using/querying SQL databases
