We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Associate that will bring our relationship with our current audiences to the next level, while identifying opportunities for audiences yet untapped by our brand. The perfect addition to our team will have a great mix of creative and analytical prowess - able to write and manage vast quantities of unique content but also to measure and report success metrics at a granular and data-oriented level. In addition to community management and editorial content creation, this role will work cross-functionally to support high-profile projects both on social networks and within the company websites.

Support the development and implementation of editorial content, reputation management, marketing campaign support, issue escalation, current follower engagement and new follower acquisition based on Art.com's integrated global social media strategy.
Partner cross functionally to inform the strategy, measurement, tools, integration and experience for social commerce.
Implement content with the goal of driving the growth, engagement and satisfaction of the Art.com and Allposters brand communities across Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and Houzz.
Utilize the daily editorial calendar for unique content pushed across social networks. Write significant volumes of high quality content to be reviewed by channel lead.
Coordinate across departments including customer service, PR, brand creative, user experience and other marketing channels to advocate social media needs.
Stay current with innovations in the social media space. Proactively pitch additions to the social media programs customized to the goals for each brand.
Measure and report on editorial content engagement and trends, and proactively suggest projects and strategies for continual program improvement.
B.S./B.A. degree, humanities degree a plus
1-2 years of professional social media marketing experience
Ability to consistently research and write high volumes of inspiring and accurate content within strict and frequent deadlines
Strong project management skills from conception through implementation and reporting
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and goals
Thinking as a user is in your DNA to thus drive program optimization utilizing user feedback and analytics
Comfort with data analysis and measurement methodologies including a demonstrated ability to use Excel and analytics systems to manage and analyze social marketing data
Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about success
Expertise in art history or interior design a plus
