Social Media Manager Jive Software
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Social Business Leader, Jive Software, is seeking a passionate social and content marketing manager. This role, which reports to the senior social strategist, will be responsible for developing compelling, integrated marketing content for corporate social media channels. Daily, this employee will use innovative tactics to measurably enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty.
Manage the daily organic, earned and owned (paid) social strategies and execution
Create, curate and distribute valuable online content, including blog posts, e-books, videos, images, photos, and social media updates
Measure and modify social content using awareness, lead gen and customer engagement metrics
Provide guidance and create assets for social?s involvement in product launches, corporate announcements, and marketing campaigns
Update social content library for executives, employees and official channels
Maintain calendars and publish content on corporate and syndicated blogs, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
Manage corporate branding on social platforms, including the Jive Community
Participate in relevant online conversations with industry influencers, customers, prospects, employees, partners, etc.
Manage operational infrastructure for customer, partner and champion Webcasts
Educate and inspire employees to participate in community content creation
Track trends and present new ideas
Report weekly social analytics
Self-starter passionate about social
Clever, fan-centric writing style focused on storytelling and inspiring sharing
Experience with multi-media and design (ie. video creation, photo editing)
Understanding of analytics and insight-based strategies
Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a geographically-distributed workforce
Basic HTML experience is a plus
