Run day-to-day operations for all social media channels at Fluidigm to help drive our overall communications strategy
Concept, execute and maintain creative, measurable social media programs and campaigns, keeping user experience and engagement in mind
Develop community relationships and engagement through our website and social channels to build and maintain a rich place for customers, partners and prospects to learn and interact with Fluidigm, our employees and each other
Collaborate closely with our marketing, brand and field teams to ensure a clear and defined strategic message across all digital marketing efforts
Work within Fluidigm to promote awareness of and engagement with various social communities, and train internal users on best practices and strategy to increase social contribution and ROI

4+ years relevant experience, including working with, analyzing and optimizing social media platforms and digital marking management
2+ years of relevant experience at an interactive, advertising or marketing agency and/or experience managing social channels for a brand in the design, technology, life science or lifestyle industries
