Position Overview - Paid Internship
We are seeking a social media intern to drive awareness to our brand and product offerings through various online accounts and tactics. Ideal candidate will have previous SEO and social media experience, strong writing skills and contribute 20 hours a week in our Austin office for next 6 months with potential to extend throughout rest of school year. MBA candidate preferred.
Primary duties will include:
SEO
Manage social media accounts: LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Research and follow industry bloggers
Provide ideas for online awareness campaigns and activity
Secondary marketing duties will include:
Maintain/update company website (Joomla experience a plus)
Assist in creating slide decks for sales and executive team
Assist in creating marketing collateral
Research lead gen tactics and vendors
