The Social Media Product Manager will support the Clarabridge Organization in creating and sharing the strategy, market positioning, services, and features and benefits surrounding of all Clarabridge social offerings including Clarabridge Collaborate and Clarabridge Engage. This position will be a thought leader throughout Clarabridge and the Customer Experience Market as a whole in all aspects of social media analytics. The goal of this position is to drive the most robust and efficient intelligent social offerings on the market.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for the organization on all things Social Media and social media analytics
Develop the product roadmap and strategy for future social features and offerings
Work closely with the Clarabridge Engineering team to review the execution of social designs into the Clarabridge Product Suite
Liaison with Product Marketing for all go-to-market product launch strategy including the creation and maintenance of collateral, sales enablement materials and training, updates to the website, blogs, oversight and approval of related PR and lead generation campaigns for Clarabridge Collaborate and Clarabridge Engage
Partner with the Sales Team on the identification of social selling strategies and strategic partnerships within the Channel Communities
Work with the Professional Services Team by leveraging best practices and social analytics skills to identify services offerings
Be a Clarabridge Thought Leader on the Social Customer Experience Management field, Clarabridge offerings and differentiators presenting at webinars, tradeshows and meetings with customers, prospects and analysts
Work with the Clarabridge Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Customer Vertical Meetings to gain feedback and input into the Product Roadmap
Requirements:
Seasoned Social Media professional with 8-10 years of experience to include: performing analytics on social data, creating messaging and sharing large scale corporate and product vision and strategy
Strength in publically presenting Clarabridge materials at webinars, Tradeshows and meetings with customers, prospects and analysts
Ability to integrate best practices and key product features into the product release process
Collaborative work strategy and ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment that includes both managing and working to meet a common goal for success
Bachelor?s Degree or higher preferred
