The contract Social Media Specialist will help manage social media channels for our Shutterfly and Wedding Paper Divas brands. Scope of Responsibilities:
Assist in managing social media channels for our Shutterfly and Wedding Paper Divas brands, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+ and Instagram.
Plan and develop engaging content for each social platform; publish and evaluate performance of content.
Identify emerging trends and tools in the social media space and evaluate them against our customer acquisition and retention goals.
Capture and report relevant performance metrics for the campaigns across social media.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of social media marketing experience
Experienced in managing social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels
Highly analytical mind with excellent Excel skills
Must be able to develop content with the voice of the brands
Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally with the design and copy teams
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Facebook and Twitter ad platforms a plus
BS/BA required
