Lithium Technologies is seeking a Social Solutions Consultant who will work closely with your project teams and take responsibility for directing customer engagements including structuring strategic work approach and scope, project management, and deliverable creation and execution. The perfect candidate is high-energy and intellectually curious, with a strong interest in social business. You will have a background developing holistic strategic plans, but also have experience at the tactical level: defining, building and overseeing ongoing customer programs. Excellent computing and communications skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment are a must.
Work with a core group of customers and prospects to define and execute social business initiatives that benefit from Lithium products and services
Directing project teams on strategy, process, culture, and technology, and oversee the delivery of Lithium products.
You will be responsible for directing the efforts of consultants, project manager, designers, developers, and social professionals such as digital strategists and community managers
As Lithium's social business expert, you will build strong executive relationships with customer and work closely with the Lithium management team to ensure strategy and delivery stays on target
Developing thought leadership around the social business landscape
Developing business models utilizing customer and Lithium proprietary data
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
Five plus years of work experience in a management consulting capacity or experience developing and managing teams to deliver strategic plans
Deep expertise in vertical and/or functional subject matter
Technical delivery experience (social, digital media, systems integration, workforce implementation)
Customer-side experience highly desirable
Must possess a high degree of professionalism
Must have attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills and analytical capacity
Confident in public speaking
Experience developing ROI frameworks and measurement methods, a business management understanding of statistics
Knowledge of how social media and online communities function: personal adoption and use of social media, experience participating, managing, or facilitating an online community a plus.
Positive attitude necessary
Spanish flency preferred
Potential for extensive business travel required
