Social Solutions Consultant
This is your opportunity to lead. Lead your customers, your teammates, and lead the market. The ideal candidate is high-energy and an excellent communicator, able to both create the vision and deliver it, based on consulting experience applying Social technology to improve customers? business.
Work with a core group of customers and prospects to create and communicate a social business vision.
Turn that vision into a plan, and manage delivery of solutions ? both new launches, and ongoing managed services ? that measurably improve customers? marketing and/or customer care operations.
Apply Lithium?s social network (off-domain) and social community (on-domain) platform to design and continuously improve social customer experience (a.k.a. Social CRM).
Build strong executive relationships with customers (including C-suite, functional VPs, social media strategists, and community managers), and work closely with the Lithium professional services and account management team.
Lead customer and Lithium personnel on strategy, process, organization, and technology ? by applying consulting methodologies, discovery interviews, and solution workshops.
Develop business models, ROI measures, and define KPIs utilizing customer and Lithium-proprietary data.
3+ years? experience applying Social software / digital technology:
- Online Community management (e.g., Jive, Bazaarvoice, GetSatisfaction, etc),
- Social Network/Media management (e.g., Sprinklr, Radian6, Tweetdeck, etc).
- CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com)
To deliver measureable business results for B2C and B2B use cases:
- Digital sales and marketing,
- Digital customer care / customer experience management (CEM, CXM).
Working knowledge of applying Web Analytics to diagnose challenges and define metrics (e.g., Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, etc).
Helpful to have focused on Vertical Industries:
- Primarily Retail and Financial Services;
- Secondarily Travel/Hospitality, Media/Entertainment, and Pharma/Healthcare.
5+ years? experience delivering consulting projects and managed services to enterprise customers, and managing teams,
- As an employee of an agency, consultancy, or in a software/digital product company?s professional services organization.
Bachelor?s Degree required. Bachelor of Science preferred; MBA is a plus.
Strong English speaking and writing fluency, additionally Spanish is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
