The Social Solutions Consultant is the point person for all our client engagements. In this role you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, and guiding and advising current customers as they realize the full potential of social commerce as the new frontier of online marketing, and embrace ShopIgniter?s innovative social commerce platform. The SSC will work closely with our enterprise-level client base to validate the contracted scope of work, align company resources to deliver the expected outcome within the proposed timeline, and identify additional experiences where the solution aligns with the customer?s social and marketing strategy. The SSC should be savvy with the current landscape around social commerce and its adoption in order to be able to recommend strategies and programs that will lead to repeatable client successes. And, the SSC will quantify and articulate the value to be gained by leveraging our platform in their overall marketing and commerce plan, then execute professionally to extend those outcomes into the social graph.
Key Accountabilities:
Wow clients with your proven expertise of ShopIgniter?s entire product line.
Lead by example and engage the team in a positive way.
Analyze and map client business requirements to the implementation objectives and the defined Scope of Work.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Product Engineering, and IT to communicate and deliver accurate and thoroughly scoped business requirements and timelines.
Act as a liaison between Client Services, Integrations Services, and Product Engineering to coordinate and execute all phases in project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high quality solutions.
Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervision
Ensure each one of your clients leave each engagement believing they are, without question, the most important customer to you and ShopIgniter.
Develop and initiate change impact assessments, sponsorship plans, communication plans and training plans to increase effectiveness, awareness and adoption.
Perform technical pre-sales support for potential customers, including product presentations, proposal creation and needs analysis and assessments
Utilize company CRM (Salesforce.com), and Professional Service Automation tools to optimize Sales and Project Management activities

Bachelors degree with emphasis on business or computer technology

Experience:
2 to 5 years of proven consulting and software solution implementation experience environment.
Experience and familiarity with business process management and implementing SaaS delivery models
Strong analytical and decision making ability; used to gather business requirements and solution orientated proposals
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration; ability to work and interact with a cross functional and remote team and coordinate project escalations
Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical environments
Proven project management skill; ideally utilizing Professional Service Automation programs
Experience with MS Office Professional applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote)
Familiarity with HTML, Java Script, Browser based Technologies, and Data Integration Services
