Snapshot: Social Strategist
Social Strategists will have the opportunity to work closely with strategic prospects and craft how they can best leverage our solutions. Bazaarvoice is transforming the way leading companies worldwide are engaging with their consumers, leveraging consumers insights to improve product design, packaging and marketing and amplifying consumer voice throughout the channel and social web. Social Strategists will be the tip of the spear in crafting this vision for our most strategic accounts.

What does a day look like in this role

o Crafting higher-level, big idea strategies
o Prospect due-diligence. Internal coordination to respond to prospect requests -UGC analysis, usability studies, etc.
o Additional air-cover/evangelist for Bazaarvoice (additional relationship point to maintain momentum and drive mindshare inside enterprise accounts)
o Assisting Enterprise Sale Director(s) on account planning and execution. Researching and aligning prospect marketing and social strategies for actionable enterprise account planning.
o Assisting Enterprise Sales Director(s) in pulling together presentations, product collateral, recommendations, proposals, sales sheets, etc. This will involve coordinating activities with marketing, product management and marketing and community management.

Role Requirements:

o 3-5 years of online marketing experience with at least 1 year in social marketing - prefer marketing experience either at or consulting for Fortune 100 accounts.
o Experience and success in executing online marketing programs (either client-side or consultative consultative a plus).
o Excellent communication and presentation skills (will be asked to develop and deliver social strategies to enterprise prospects and clients)
o Experience in working cross-functionally with client and internal stakeholders. There will be a strong need to work across various functions at Bazaarvoice (client services, operations, content moderation, marketing, etc.)
