You will responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction, renewal and new revenue targets within their portfolio of business. Primary Duties:
Renewal attainment through ongoing satisfaction of Vocus customers
Identifying up sell/cross sell opportunities for new business to renewal customers
Conducting sales interaction with customers via telephone or over the Web
Understanding and articulating to the customer the constantly evolving Vocus technology and its application

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
1-2 years sales or customer service experience preferred
Aggressive sales-minded professional
Ability to effectively and persuasively conduct a sales presentation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player
Confident and competitive with a tenacious attitude and ability to rise to the challenge
Ability to work independently within a team environment
Desire to learn and grow
